ROSANNE ANGEL, Senior Care Consultant

Rosanne Angel is licensed in the State of California to sell  Health, Life, Long-Term Care Insurance, and Medicare Supplements. She is certified to represent the California Partnership. She also provides complementary referral services to Assisted Living facilities, Board and Care, Skilled Care, and Home Health.

             

Rosanne is a graduate of the University of Washington in Health Services. She did her thesis on Health Care and the Elderly and has been an advocate for quality senior care ever since.

 

Her experience includes helping pilot the Medicare Risk Program (Medicare Advantage) for Aetna Health Care where she became very knowledgeable about Medicare Benefits.  She is able to make sure your supplement and Long-term care insurance provide the best coverage for you. She also knows how to coordinate your finances with the cost of care to make it last as long as possible.

 

She has extensive experience in healthcare such as working in an ambulatory emergency room while attending nursing school.  She changed majors to become a Senior care specialist. She has held positions in hospitals, senior placement, and hospice. 

 

Rosanne  had her own radio show in San Francisco for Clear Channel called “Health and Social Issues”  where she  interviewed top  authors and professionals to bring the latest health information to the public. She has published numerous articles on the benefits of preserving assets through Long-term care insurance. She has also been a guest on The Rob Black Show and worked for years with the late Cynthia Oti, the precursor to Suzee Orman.

 

She has lectured at Mt.Zion Hospital in San Francisco, as well as Rotary, Lions Clubs, and Women’s Organizations. She received high honors at the National Long-Term Care Forum and recognized in the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance for California.

 

Rosanne combined over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing with her educational background in Health Services to create Golden Benefits Insurance Services.  As of 2016, she changed the name to Golden Benefits Senior Services to encompass the other services she now offers. The financial experience coupled with the health experience make her a natural for this type of profession.

 

Her clients are like an extended family and she promises to provide quality personal service and help them protect their assets for a comfortable retirement.

 

She is the proud mother of a grown son and daughter.  In her spare time she will be found hiking the hills of Marin, or doing the Lindy Hop in Golden Gate Park.

 

She has been a long time Volunteer for the American Red Cross. She is Public Affairs lead in Marin and part of the Disaster Action Team.
